Temporary electricity safety protection method

(1) Temporary electricity must be constructed according to the requirements of the relevant regulations and specifications (plan), and necessary internal archives must be established.
(2) For the temporary use of electricity, regular inspection systems must be established for on-site lines and facilities, and inspection inspection records should be kept for future reference.
(3) Temporary distribution lines must be erected neatly in accordance with the regulations. Overhead lines must be insulated. No plastic cords are allowed. They must not be laid in bundles or overhead, or laid along the ground.
(4) Construction equipment, vehicles and personnel should maintain a safe distance from internal and external electrical lines. When the minimum distance specified in the specification cannot be achieved, reliable protective measures must be adopted.
(5) Distribution systems must implement hierarchical distribution. The installation and internal settings of all types of distribution boxes and switch boxes must comply with relevant regulations. The electrical appliances inside the box must be reliable and in good condition. The type and value of the appliance must be in compliance with the regulations, and the switchgear must be marked for use.
(6) The independent distribution system must adopt the three-phase and five-wire zero-connection protection system according to relevant standards. The non-independent system can adopt the corresponding zero-connection or grounding protection method according to the actual situation on the site. The metal shells, metal supports and bases of all kinds of electrical equipment and power construction machinery must be reliably grounded or grounded as required. When using grounding and zero-crossing protection, two-level leakage protection devices must be set up to implement hierarchical protection and form a complete protection system. Leakage protection device selection should meet the requirements. All kinds of tall facilities must be equipped with lightning protection devices as required.
(7) The use of hand-held power tools should comply with relevant national standards. The power cords, plugs, and sockets of the tools should be in good condition. The power cords must not be arbitrarily lengthened and exchanged. The external insulation of the tools should be intact and the personnel responsible for maintenance and storage should be responsible.
(8) Where 220V power lighting is used in a general place, the lamp must be wired and installed as required, and a leakage protector must be installed on the side of the power supply. Special locations should use safe voltage luminaires in accordance with the relevant regulations. The use of line lighting, the power supply voltage should not exceed 36 V, the lamp body and the handle should be strong and well-insulated, the power cord must use rubber cable, not use plastic wire. Running lamp transformers should have moisture-proof and rain-proof facilities.
(9) Welders shall be provided with separate switches. Welding machine shell should be zero or ground protection. The length of the primary line should be less than 5 m, the length of the secondary line should be less than 30 m, and the connections on both sides should be crimped firmly and a reliable protective cover should be installed. The welding line should be double-lined, and metal loops, metal scaffolding, rails, and structural reinforcements must not be used as loop grounds. Welding wire is not damaged and has good insulation. The place where the welding machine is installed should be protected from moisture, rain, and flood.
