Among them, the hard pellet feed machine is further divided into a ring mold pelletizer and a flat die pelletizer.
Use of pellet feed machine
1. The pellet feed machine should strictly select the raw materials and design the scientific feed formula when making the feed.
2. The machine should be installed smoothly and installed in accordance with the direction of rotation of the machine.
3. After installation, check whether the screws in each part are loose; the tension of the belt should be moderate; adjust the balance between the two rollers and the grinding disc, and the gap between the roller and the grinding disc is 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.
4. Before work, the abrasive material should be prepared according to a certain ratio (usually 5 kg of grass powder, 0.8 kg of waste engine oil, 0.62 kg of water, 2 kg of sand), and stirred evenly, and ground with the configured abrasive for about 30 minutes.
5. After confirming that the installation is correct, the bulk material should be stirred evenly according to a certain ratio (3.5 kg per 100 kg dry feed water is best), first add a little into the feed port, and after the pellet feed is extruded, fill the material. The material is produced normally.
6. The length of the granule depends on the length of the discharge opening of the body. The height of the upper end of the discharge port can be adjusted to adjust the length of the granule. The diameter of the granule depends on the diameter of the lap. The diameter of the granule is required to make the diameter of the feed suitable. . The flat die granulator generally has a cutter that adjusts the length of the discharge port, and can be adjusted according to actual needs; the die granule machine mainly adjusts the length by a manual (or electric) cutter outside the machine body.
7. It is strictly forbidden to stir the feeding in the hopper by hand.
8. Hard or metal blocks in the material should be removed.
Maintenance of pellet feed machine
1. The new machine needs to be rinsed after each use, and it will not be washed after 15 to 20 times.
2. The pellet feed machine should use the matching power according to the instructions. Too small, low output, poor effect; too large, wasting power, accelerating machine wear and shortening service life.
3. After processing 1000 kg of pellet feed, the mold plate needs to be used on the reverse side to avoid shortening the service life.
4. Frequently clean the dust and dirt on the exterior of the equipment, and regularly add lubricant to ensure that the pellet machine works under good lubrication.
5. Always remove residual feed from the ring mold cavity.
6. Fill the oil in the oil mark on the eccentric shaft of the two rollers before each shift.
7. Regularly inspect the wearing parts such as ring mold, pressure roller, cutter, blade, transmission belt, etc., and adjust or replace them in time to ensure the normal operation of the pellet machine.
8. Maintenance and maintenance of the pressure roller and transmission part. Every 2 to 5 working days, the bearing must be cleaned once and filled with high temperature grease according to the instructions. The main shaft is cleaned and refueled once every other month. The gear box should be cleaned and maintained at intervals of half a year. The screw fastening of the transmission part should be carried out at any time. After the pressure roller wears, the pressure roller belt can be replaced or the complete pressure roller can be replaced; if the bearing is loose and locked, the bearing should be replaced or the shaft should be replaced. After the ring mold of the ring die machine is aging, worn, and injured, replace it with a new one.
9. Check the bolts in the granulation chamber before the shift to see if the bolts and scrapers are loose.
10. Check the gap between each pressure roller and ring die before driving, and adjust it reasonably to ensure the gap between the roller and the ring die.
11. Strictly check the distance between the cutter and the ring die before the shift to ensure that it is not less than 3 mm.
12. Check the oil leaks at all parts of the machine at any time.
