Immersion method: The bearing is selected to be immersed in anti-rust grease; the thickness of the oil film can be reached by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease. It is adhered to a layer of anti-rust grease.
Brushing method: pay attention to uniform coating on the surface of the imported bearing when brushing; do not accumulate; also pay attention to avoid leakage coating.
Spray method: Some large-scale rust-proof materials are not suitable for oiling by immersion method; usually, the compressed air with a pressure of about 0.77 MPa is sprayed locally in the air. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted rust-proof oil or thin-layer rust-proof oil. Such a method is necessary to choose a sound fire and labor insurance.
Appearance hygiene: It is necessary to remove the nature of the bearing appearance and the conditions at the time. Commonly used methods are solvent removal method, mechanical sanitation method and chemical treatment hygiene method. The surface is dry and cleaned and can be dried by filtered dry compressed air. Perhaps Dry with a drier at a temperature of 120~170 Â°C; finally dry with a clean gauze.
