Recently we solved the problem of a LD type (5t, span 16.5m) bridge crane. The treatment method is as follows: When the crane starts, the bridge is twisted. The north side drive wheel 1 (see the figure) immediately turns forward, and the south side drive wheel 2 slips and ids in place, while the bridge slides rapidly southward. When the north rim of wheel 1 or wheel 2 comes into contact with the track, wheel 1 advances with the wheel 2 next to the north edge. During operation, wheel 2 often slips while the bridge slides south. Based on the above phenomena, we believe that there are several possibilities.
