Soybean
Is a dicotyledonous family of leguminous annual herbaceous plants, cultivated soybean seeds. Originating in China, the world's total soybean production, the highest output in the United States, followed by China. According to the color, soybeans can be divided into many types, among which soybeans are the most.
Soybean nutrients are very rich, but there are many anti-nutritional factors in raw soybeans. They cannot be directly fed to animals. They must be destroyed after treatment, or processed into products with high nutritional value. Feed the animals. This is the new soy processing by-product that everyone has continuously developed.
Here are some of the products that are processed by soybeans:
1. Soy protein isolate: using low-temperature soybean meal as raw material, extracting protein and other soluble components by alkali-soluble acid precipitation principle, and then separating protein at the isoelectric point, the protein content is not less than 90% (on a dry basis) )The product.
2. Soybean phospholipid oil: an oil-containing phospholipid obtained by vacuum dehydration in the process of degumming of soybean crude oil.
3. Soy protein hydrolyzed protein: a product obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis and drying of soybean or soybean processed product (peeled soybean meal/soy protein concentrate).
4. Soy protein concentrate: A product obtained by removing low-temperature soybean meal and having a protein content of not less than 65% (on a dry basis).
5. Soybean Germ [Soybean Germ Powder]: A product after deoiling soybean germ.
6. Soybean Germ Oil: An oil obtained by pressing or extracting soybean germ. Products must be supplied by a qualified food manufacturer.
7. Soybean skin: the seed coat that the soybean is removed by the peeling process.
8. Soybean Sieve Residue: The mashed or broken seed, seed coat and outer shell screened during the soy seed cleaning process.
9. Soy molasses: In the production of alcoholic soy protein concentrate, the extract obtained by concentration is not less than 55% of the total sugar and the crude protein is not less than 8% of the viscous material (on a dry basis).
10. Soy fiber: A fibrous substance extracted from soybeans.
11. Soybean oil [soybean oil]: An oil obtained by pressing or extracting soybeans. Products must be supplied by a qualified food manufacturer.
12. Bean cake: a by-product of soybean seeds after being pressed for oil. Can be protected by the rumen.
13. Cardamom: A by-product obtained by pre-pressing or direct solvent extraction of soybean oil, or a by-product obtained by extracting oil from soybean cake. Can be protected by the rumen.
14. Bean dregs: a by-product of soybeans after soaking, milling, processing into soy products or extracting proteins.
15. Baked soybeans (powder): Baked soybeans or products that have been pulverized. Can be protected by the rumen.
16. Puffed soybean [Puffed soybean meal]: A product obtained by cleaning, crushing (grinding) and puffing whole fat soybeans.
17. Puffed soy protein [soybean tissue protein]: a product obtained by puffing treatment of soy protein isolate and soybean protein concentrate under certain temperature and pressure conditions.
18. Expanded soybean meal: a product obtained by expanding the soybean meal or extracting the soybean embryo by the expanded soybean meal oil process.
