1, mechanical heat meter
The mechanical watch is divided into a single flow bundle and a multiple flow bundle. The large diameter process table DN50-DN300 uses a screw. The warranty period for mechanical watches is generally 2 years.
2. The ultrasonic heat meter is a general term for the heat meter of the ultrasonic flowmeter. It uses the ultrasonic wave to propagate in the flowing fluid, and calculates the fluid flow rate by calculating the flow velocity of the fluid by the difference between the forward flow velocity and the reverse flow velocity. There is no special requirement for the medium; the accuracy of the flow measurement is not affected by the temperature, pressure, density and other parameters of the measured fluid. There are two forms of ultrasonic heat meters, one is direct type or the opposite type. The working principle is: ultrasonic transducers directly transmit and receive signals to determine the flow rate. The other is reflective, also called convection. The working principle is that the ultrasonic transducer determines the flow rate through the reflection speed of the plane of the reflector.
3, electromagnetic heat meter
A general term for a heat meter using an electromagnetic flowmeter. Because of the high cost and the need for an external power supply, there are very few heat meters that use this type of flow meter. At present, some domestic heat meter manufacturers use the general mechanical heat meter as an electromagnetic heat meter to introduce the user to the user by using the structure and principle of the heat meter. This phenomenon requires vigilance.

1, the overall heat meter
Refers to the three components of the heat meter (integrator, flow meter, temperature sensor), more than two parts are theoretically (rather than formally) inseparably combined. For example, the accumulator and flow meter of the standard movement type (non-magnetic electronic type) heat meter in the mechanical heat meter cannot be interchanged arbitrarily, and the inspection can only be performed on the whole.
2, combined heat meter
The three parts that make up the heat meter can be separated and replaced with each other in the same model. The inspection can perform separate detection on each part.
3, compact heat meter
It can be regarded as a combined heat meter in the type verification or factory calibration process, but after the calibration is completed, its components must be processed according to the integral heat meter.
Divided by function
The heat meter can be divided into two types according to the use function: a heat meter for heating household metering, and a (cold) heat meter for air conditioning systems. The (cold) heat meter and the heat meter are identical in structure and principle. The main difference is in the signal acquisition and operation of the sensor, that is, the difference between the two tables is the difference between the program software.
1. The cold and heat metering conversion of the (cold) heat meter is completed by the program software. When the water supply temperature is higher than the return water temperature, the heat meter measures the heat supply; when the water supply temperature is lower than the return water temperature, it is the cooling state, and the heat meter automatically converts to the metered cooling capacity.
2. Since the temperature difference between the supply and return water design of the air conditioning system and the actual temperature difference are small, the parameters of the program sampling and calculation formula of the (cold) gauge are also larger than those of the single-purpose heat meter.
