(a) Mill operation (starting and stopping grinding)
1. After the mill is started up, the mill should be inspected according to the inspection items described above, and then the following procedure should be used to open the mill:
1) After the signal is issued in accordance with the regulations, a response signal to allow the grinding of the position is allowed to start the grinding machine;
2) The sequence of starting the mill is as follows:
1 When the cooling and lubrication system is started, the two-bearing bearing lubrication system should be started synchronously. The low-pressure oil pump should be started first. It is forbidden to start the high-pressure oil pump when the low-pressure oil pump is started at the end;
2 vacuum cleaners and discharge conveyors;
3 main motor;
4 feeding system;
When the mill starts running, the mill operator and related personnel should perform the following inspections in a timely manner:
(1) Whether all bolts are broken or loose;
(2) Whether the temperature of each bearing of the main bearing, the speed reducer and the motor is within the normal range and whether there is overheating;
(3) Whether the gear of the reducer is normal and there is no abnormal sound;
(4) The fluctuation of the main motor current value;
(5) Whether there are strict leaks, leakage of oil, or air leakage in all areas;
(6) Whether the lubrication and cooling system is normal.
2. Stop Grinding Grinding Normal Grinding and emergency stop Grinding:
(1) Normal stop grinding: first notice the relevant posts, then stop grinding in order, that is:
1 to feeding systems;
2 mill;
3 conveying equipment;
4 main bearing lubrication several cooling devices;
When grinding is stopped normally, both the mill and the conveying equipment must complete the emptying of the finished product or semi-finished product, avoiding the blocking caused by the longer grinding time, which will make it difficult to start the next time.
(2) Emergency Stop Grinding: During the operation of the mill, sometimes it encounters special circumstances. In order to ensure the safety of the equipment, there are the following conditions and emergency stop grinding measures must be taken.
1 The size of the gear is not normal, especially when there is a large vibration or when the abnormal sound of the reducer and the temperature are too high;
2 When the lubrication system fails and cannot be supplied normally;
3 The temperature rise of the main bearing, transmission bearing, reducer and motor exceeds the specified value or the motor current exceeds the specified value;
4 Failure of conveying equipment and loss of conveying capacity;
5 When the fixing bolts such as liner and bulkhead are loose or broken off;
6 The anchor bolts of the main bearings, transmission bearings, reducer and motor are loosened;
In the event of a sudden stoppage of grinding, the feed must be stopped immediately, and the power supply to the motor and other units must be shut off for troubleshooting.
(3) Several problems in the operation of the mill:
1 When the sound in the mill is abnormal, it is necessary to carefully check the instruments, instruments and related phenomena to identify problems and troubleshoot to ensure the normal operation of the mill;
2 When stopping grinding for a long time, the water and lubricating oil in the main bearing should be drained and the water and oil channels cleaned;
3 When grinding is stopped for a long time, the grinding body should be poured out and the middle of the grinding body should be erected to prevent the deformation of the barrel;
4 Pay attention to the oil level of the bearing lubrication system at any time to prevent the infiltration of cooling water. When the oil level is too low, new oil should be added in time, and the oil should be filtered first.
(ii) When maintaining the normal operation of the mill, the operator must pay attention to and observe the following:
1. When not feeding, the mill can not run for a long time (usually no more than 30 minutes), so as not to damage the liner and consume steel balls.
2. Uniform feeding is one of the important conditions for obtaining the highest output of the mill. Therefore, the mill operator should carefully adjust the amount of feed to achieve high and stable production.
3. After the newly installed or newly replaced friction parts such as gear bearings have been operated for one month, all the lubricating oil should be drained, the oil pool and the passageway cleaned, and the new oil replaced.
4. Always check and ensure that the lubrication points have enough and clean lubricant. For the oil return filter of the thin oil station, check and clean it at least once a month. Check the quality of the oil every six months and replace the oil if necessary.
5. Check the size and condition of the mill gear and whether the counter bolt is loose, and the gear unit must not be subject to abnormal vibration and sound during operation.
6. The slow-speed drive is designed for checking the mill and stopping the grinding. When turning the grinding machine, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that when the grinding machine starts with the load, it cannot start the slow drive first.
7. The wear of the liner in the cylinder should be inspected regularly, and the worn-in and broken liners should be promptly replaced. The loose or broken bolts should be tightened in time or replaced with a worn-out cylinder and ash.
(3) During the operation of the overhauling equipment, wear will inevitably occur. When the wear reaches a certain level, its performance cannot be guaranteed and it cannot be operated safely. At this time, the worn out parts must be repaired or replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, the maintenance of the mill is performed. The following should be done.
1. Feeder 1 Repair or Replace Liner Adjustment Seals
2. Repair and replacement of 1 inlet and outlet screw barrels in the rotary part;
2 Replacement of the feed end liner and the discharge raft;
3 Replacement of each liner;
4 Replacement of wearing parts such as sill plates, sill frames, and lifting plates of double-layered bulkheads;
5 The repair and replacement of the outer ring and inner ring of the single storey partition board;
6 people hole liner and manhole cover replacement;
7 All connecting plates, spacer plates, lifting plates, etc., connecting bolts, tightening and replacement of washer nuts.
3. The main bearing 1 on the spherical lining wear after repair, scraping or recast;
2 Repair, adjustment and replacement of the oil scraper after it is worn out;
3 Check and repair the cooling water system.
4. Drive system 1 Inspect and replace the glue block of the rubber block coupling and the diaphragm of the diaphragm coupling;
2 The overhaul of the motor and reducer shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations in their respective operating instructions.
Pneumatic Filter Regulator Lubricator
Pneumatic Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) is used to deliver clean air, at a fixed pressure, and lubricated (if needed) to ensure proper pneumatic component operation and increase their operation lifetime. Filters, regulators, and lubricators can be bought individually or as a package.
1. Pneumatic Filter: remove water, dirt and other harmful debris from an air system. This is often the first step in improving the air quality.
2. Pneumatic Regulator: adjust and control the air pressure of a system to ensure that down-line components do not exceed their maximum operating pressures. This is the second step in the FRL system.
3. Pneumatic Lubricator: reduce the internal friction in tools or equipment by releasing a controlled mist of oil into the compressed air. This is often done last and/or right before the component needing lubrication.
