1. The ordinary oil filter consists of a primary filter, an oil pump and a filter device. The primary filter is a cylindrical porous stainless steel mesh that prevents larger solid particles from entering the oil pump from the impure oil. The oil pump is usually a gear pump that delivers impure oil into the filter unit. The filter device is a small hand-pressed plate and frame filter press, and a special filter paper is used as the filter medium. The impure oil enters the plate and frame filter press under the pressure of the oil pump inside the oil filter, and becomes the filter oil through the filter paper of a finer pore size. The solid impurities in the oil are trapped on the surface of the filter paper, and a small amount of moisture is absorbed by the capillary pores of the filter paper. The filtration pressure is usually no greater than 0.3 MPa. When the surface of the filter paper deposits too much impurities, the filtration pressure rises to 0.35 MPa, or when the moisture absorbed by the filter paper approaches saturation, and the residual moisture in the filter oil is no longer reduced, the filter paper should be stopped. When the viscosity of the oil is high, it can be preheated to lower the viscosity and then filtered.
2. Centrifugal oil filter is a filter oil machine that separates the slag and the oil by the centrifugal force generated by the rotating drum at high speed to achieve the liquid-solid separation. However, the working performance of this type of oil filter is more than that of the ordinary oil filter. Significant. After the equipment is turned on, the centrifugal oil filter of Yuantong Machinery sends the oil in the oil tank to the rotor through the pump. After the standby oil fills the rotor, it is ejected along the lower nozzle of the turntable, which generates driving force to rotate the rotor at high speed. Its speed can reach more than 4000-6000 rpm, and the centrifugal force generated is more than 2000 times of gravity. The principle of different centrifugal forces is used to directly separate the impurities from the oil. The separated impurities adhere to the impurity collecting cover in the rotor, and only need to be cleaned regularly. In addition, since the specific gravity of water is larger than that of oil, under the action of centrifugal force, water is separated from the oil and stored in the oil pan in the rotor, and only needs to be removed during cleaning.
