FRP pipe hanger installation precautions

FRP pipes and hangers also have stringent requirements during installation. What are the precautions for installing FRP pipes and hangers?

1. The maximum allowable spacing between pipe supports and hangers is mainly determined by the vertical load they are subjected to. It should meet the strength conditions and stiffness conditions. 2. The supporting parts such as beams, hangers and bolts of the support and hanger shall meet the design requirements and national regulations.

3. The installation position of the support and hanger should not interfere with the spray effect of the sprinkler. The distance between the support, hanger and sprinkler should not be less than 300mm; the distance from the end sprinkler should not be greater than 750mm.

4. The support and hanger shall be such that the distance from the center of the pipeline to the wall meets the design requirements. The net distance from the surface of the pipeline from the wall or pillar surface should not be less than 60mm. Large-diameter valves should be provided with special supports and hangers, and they should not be loaded with pipes.

5. There shall be no less than one hanger for every pipe section and the pipe section between two adjacent nozzles on the distribution pipe; when the distance between the sprinklers is less than 1.8m, a hanger may be installed at intervals, but the spacing between the hangers Should not exceed 3.6m.

6. When the nominal diameter of the pipe is equal to or greater than 50mm, there shall be no less than one sway bracing for each section of the water distribution pipe or distribution pipe. When the pipeline changes direction, additional sway bracing shall be provided.

7. Vertically installed water distribution pipes should be installed with anti-sloshing brackets at the beginning and end of the pipe or fixed with pipe clamps. The installation position should be 1.5-1.8m from the floor or floor.
