1. Wiring error;
2. Too many or too few coil turns;
3. The coil wire is too thin, and the coil pitch is too small or too large;
4. The motor assembly quality is not good, the iron core is not aligned, the axial tension of the stator core of the fixed rotor causes the axial magnetic pulling force, and the air gap assembly and adjustment are uneven.
5. As the insulation level of the motor is continuously increased, the temperature rise limit is also allowed to increase, so the higher temperature rise of the motor casing may be normal. However, the temperature of the outer casing and the bearing of the department should be tested with an alcohol thermometer and compared with the temperature rise allowed by the insulation level of the motor. To confirm whether the motor is overheated, check the following steps:
1 Check whether the voltage of the three-phase power supply is balanced, and whether the voltage fluctuation is greater than the factory guaranteed value (±10 [%]). Due to the voltage imbalance, a three-phase unbalanced current is generated, causing an increase in motor loss and motor heating, so it is necessary to correct it in time. The fluctuation of the power supply frequency also affects (±5[%]) motor heating, but the actual change is not large, so it is generally not considered in the analysis.
2 Check whether the motor is running in single phase, whether the contact of the three-phase contactor is in good contact, whether the fuse of the switch has a phase burned, whether the wiring is disconnected, and the fault is checked and processed.
3 Check if the three-phase current exceeds the rated value. If the rated value is exceeded, check the cause of the broom: a, the shaft is bent; b, the bearing is faulty.
4 Dust full insulation affects the heat dissipation of the motor, the filter is clogged, the air duct and the air duct are blocked, etc., which will cause the motor to overheat. Therefore, the dust cleaning measures can be taken to eliminate the dust, and if necessary, the motor should be disassembled for cleaning.
5 When the winding is faulty, the winding short circuit and grounding test can be performed. If the motor winding is short-circuited between turns, the motor will vibrate.
6 The temperature rise of the motor after rewinding exceeds the limit, which may be caused by poor insulation processing, incorrect coil data, wiring errors and assembly quality. At this time, the motor should be dismantled against the original record check and the correctness of the winding data should be ascertained.
