(1) Wallpaper maintenance needs to be processed in combination with product materials. The material of the product is generally divided into the following categories: PVC rubber surface wallpaper, pure paper-based products, pure non-woven products, and pure natural materials.
(2) Maintenance of different materials:
a, pvc wallpaper class maintenance: general high-quality PVC rubber surface materials, non-toxic plasticizer, formaldehyde-free radiation, flame retardant fire, wear, chemical corrosion resistance. When cleaning the PCV rubber surface, use a clean water scrub or a colorless clean wet towel to gently wipe. If there is obvious stain, it can not be removed and then wiped with a neutral cleaning solution. When the temperature is low, the PVC wallpaper can be washed with some warm water, and the heat will decompose and remove the stain on the PVC surface. At higher temperatures, because the surface PVC molecules are more active, if the water is too much or the temperature is too high, it will accelerate the penetration of water into the bottom layer of the wallpaper. Therefore, it is not suitable to use warm water.
b, pure paper wallpaper maintenance: pure paper wallpaper is divided into two types: native wood pulp paper and recycled wood pulp paper. The original wood pulp paper ------ relatively good toughness, the surface is relatively smooth, and the weight of the single square meter is relatively heavy. The toughness of the recycled paper is weaker than that of the recycled paper, and the surface is mostly foamed or semi-foamed. The paper's water resistance is weak compared to that of the paper. It is best not to spill the glue on the surface during construction. If it is accidentally spilled, do not wipe it. Use a clean sponge or towel to test. If you use pure starch glue, you can also use a brush to lightly brush after the glue is completely dry.
c, natural material maintenance: natural material wallpaper including pure paper wallpaper and straw wallpaper. Pure paper wallpaper is not easy to curl, foam, no smell, high environmental performance, strong breathability; straw wallpaper is non-toxic and tasteless, sound-absorbing moisture, cool ventilation. The color of natural materials is mostly dyed by dyeing cylinders, so the color retention of the wallpaper is not high. If the wallpaper is cleaned with water, there will be obvious discoloration. It is recommended to use dry towels or feather duster to clean the wallpaper.
d, non-woven wallpaper maintenance: non-woven fabrics, also known as non-woven fabrics are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light weight, non-combustible, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color, low in price, recyclable and so on. It is called cloth because it has the appearance and some properties of the cloth. Clean the non-woven fabric and apply the feather duster to the dust. Then use a clean wet towel to clean it by sticking. When using the wallpaper, the surface should be protected from dirt as much as possible. If the surface of the wallpaper is dusty, use a vacuum cleaner to clean it or use a feather duster to clean the surface of the wallpaper.
Second, maintenance, seasons, winter and summer, pay attention to maintenance methods
The molecular activity of the PVC material on the surface of the winter and summer wallpaper is different, and some details should be paid attention to when using the maintenance method.
Winter: It can be washed with some warm water, which makes it easier to accelerate the decomposition of surface stains.
Summer: You can't use warm water in summer, because the surface PVC molecules are more active. When the water is cleaned, if the water is too much or the temperature is too high, the water will accelerate to penetrate into the bottom layer of the wallpaper. In summer, the surface of the wallpaper will shrink when it is fast drying. The bottom layer is slower to dry and will crack and edge when the surface shrinks. Therefore, when cleaning wallpaper in summer, you should pay attention to using less water and not using hot water to clean.
Third, maintenance is maintained according to the time period
The cleaning and maintenance of wallpaper should be combined with long-term maintenance and short-term maintenance. Some traces of the wallpaper are also formed little by little during the accumulation process of the long-term. If the cleaning is not done for a long time, some stains or seams will not be removed. For the wallpaper, it is recommended to do a dust removal treatment with a feather duster for one quarter, and clean the surface every six months or one year. The short-term treatment mainly emphasizes that the correct method should be used in time when obvious stains appear. For example, the wallpaper that can be used for water is usually wiped with water first. If it can't be treated, then use neutral detergent to dilute gently. It is difficult to remove stains that penetrate into the interior of the wallpaper.
Fourth, maintenance and treatment of the standard must be cured
The main problems that may occur in the use of wallpaper are: curling and blistering, as well as man-made damage. Regardless of the situation, it is recommended to deal with it in time to avoid too long time and the wallpaper shrinks and is not easy to repair.
Warping: The main reasons for the wallpaper to be warped are as follows:
(1) The starting edge caused by the thermal expansion and contraction movement of the wallpaper surface in use
(2) The regain of the base layer causes the paste for bonding to produce a softening edge.
Foaming: The reason of foaming and curling is similar. It appears in the middle of a wallpaper. Because the force in the middle part is not serious, the cause of the edge is caused by the following aspects:
(1) The anti-alkali on the wall causes the putty to be powdered, and the surface shrinkage of the wallpaper is separated from the base layer.
(2) When the wall is partially pasted, the glue is unevenly distributed, and foaming occurs due to lack of glue. Moldy: If the water in the base layer is too much, if it cannot be oozing or volatilized in time, it may cause the wallpaper or the base layer of putty to become powdery.
The main reasons for the excessive moisture on the wall are:
(1) The new wall surface is not completely dry and is treated as a wall surface (including the putty is not dried to make the base film back cover)
(2) After the ground is leveled, the wall is damp.
(3) When the floor tiles are pasted, the water is too much to make the wall damp. It is necessary to cure the symptoms: for the edge-bending and foaming due to lack of glue or natural reasons, the glue can be solved, and the base layer can be repaired due to powdering of the base layer putty, water leakage, mildew, etc. Wallpaper maintenance is only possible after processing.
V. Other matters
(1) Clean the wallpaper, use clean water as much as possible, and do not use chemical medicine.
(2) Some colored materials contaminate the wallpaper. If it is not treated in time, it will be difficult to remove once it penetrates.
(3) If there is obvious seam between the towel and the wallpaper, it means that the towel should be too much moisture, and then the towel should be wrung out. Generally, the seam can be eliminated after the wallpaper is dry.
(4) Wiping the wallpaper should start at some avoidable corners or behind the door to avoid wallpaper damage caused by adverse reactions.
