Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure (100PSI/7.0BAR/7.0kg/cm2) when using the tool. The pneumatic tool is often operated in an environment that exceeds the operating pressure, which will greatly reduce the service life of the tool itself.
(2) When replacing tools or accessories, please remove the pneumatic tools from the air source.
(3) Wear goggles and earplugs as much as possible to maintain your safety.
(4) Do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties or jewelry during operation to avoid danger caused by the involvement of moving or rotating parts.
(5) When the pneumatic tool is connected to the high-pressure gas source, do not press the trigger when not in use.
(6) Ensure the condition of spare parts at any time, loose spare parts can cause serious danger.
(7) When replacing worn parts, use special parts.
(8) Do not use the air pressure tube for damage or impact.
(9) Never point the tool at yourself or others.
(10) Before use, check if the air compressor is weak or damaged. If the above conditions are found, please update it immediately to maintain safety.
(11) Lock all nuts, screws, and make sure all equipment is in a safe condition.
Moderate lubrication is the responsibility of the tool user. There is moisture condensation in the compressed air, which is easy to cause rust. If there is no proper lubrication, the life of the pneumatic tool will be greatly shortened.

Lubrication of the air motor part -
The air motor needs to be lubricated daily, but not too many times.

Unplug the tool from the high pressure zone air source before lubrication.
(1) Unplug the tool from the high pressure zone.
(2) Press the trigger and add 3~5c.c special oil for pneumatic tools from the inlet. Attach the tool to a source of high pressure air and rag or towel over the vent cover. Start the tool, positive and reverse for 20~30 seconds. When the high pressure gas is connected, the lubricating oil will be discharged from the rear exhaust hole.
Lubrication of the impact frame group (butter)
The impact frame set needs to be lubricated once a week.
(1) Unplug the tool from the air line.
(2) Remove the screws on the front cover (or directly loosen the front cover) and wash the remaining butter in the front cover and the impact frame.
(3) Apply a proper amount of butter to the impact frame and lock the front cover.
(4) Connect the air pressure tube and gently start the trigger to idle for 20~30 seconds to let the butter lubricate the entire impact unit.
Precautions
(1) Do not disassemble parts that need to be repaired or replaced when disassembling.
(2) Be careful not to damage the tools or parts when disassembling.
(3) No impurities may enter during disassembly.
