According to the polymer bonded mortar powder produced by our factory, the bonding mortar is prepared according to the mixing ratio of powder: water=1:0.25 (weight ratio), strictly metered, mechanically stirred to ensure even mixing, and the bonded mortar is mixed. After 10 minutes of static stop, it is necessary to use two times of stirring before use. The prepared mortar should be protected from sunscreen and sheltered from the wind. The amount of preparation should be controlled to be used up within the operable time. Generally, it should not exceed 2 hours. It is not allowed after the operable time. Add water (glue) again.

4, paste extruded board

(8) When pasting the extruded board, the release agent, concrete residue, lime soil and other debris on the base wall should be cleaned up, fully ensure the infiltration and penetration of the bonding mortar and the base layer, and improve the bonding strength of the mortar.

(9) When pasting the extruded board, the adhesive surface should be treated with an interface agent to enhance the adhesion between the extruded board and the wall. The bonding method adopts the point frame method, which is to apply 80-100mm wide and 10MM thick bonding mortar on the periphery of the extruded board, and leave a 50MM exhaust passage in the periphery, and then apply a diameter of 100MM, 10MM thick in the middle. The mortar is rounded with a spacing of 200 mm, and the total paved area of ​​the bonded mortar is not less than 30% of the area of ​​the extruded board.

(10) When arranging the plates, arrange them in horizontal order, and paste the upper and lower staggered 1/2 plates long, and the yin and yang corners should be treated with wrong.

(11) Apply special tools to the adhesive board to evenly squeeze the extruded board so that the bonded mortar is in close contact with the wall surface and flush with the adjacent extruded board. When the bonded mortar is extruded, use a blade to scrape it. To ensure the bonding is compact, when bonding the extruded board, check the flatness and verticality with the 2M ruler and the supporting board at any time. When sticking the board, pay attention to remove the bonding mortar overflowing from the board edge, so that there is no “meeting” between the board and the board. Gray", the seam of the board is tight, and when the seam width exceeds 2MM, the extruded sheet with the corresponding thickness is used for filling. The height difference between the adjacent two boards is not more than 1.5MM, otherwise the wire brush is used for smoothing. Do not touch the extruded board within 24 hours after sticking. If it is loose and does not stick a firm extruded board, remove the adhesive mortar and paste again.

(12) After the extruded board is pasted for 24 hours, when the extruded board is fixed by mechanical anchor according to the design requirements, the impact drill is used to punch holes in the surface of the extruded board. The hole diameter is determined according to the diameter of the fixing piece, and the depth of the wall is not less than Design requirements, screwing or knocking in the anchoring nails, the nail head and the disc must not exceed the surface of the extruded board. The number and type of anchors are determined according to the design requirements.
