The layout of imported bearings is divided into the following types:

4) The contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o; the contact angle cannot be adjusted by the method of scraping the tile surface or the side gap is too large to be adjusted.
Third, thin-walled tiles 1) bearing alloy layer is melted,
2) The bearing alloy layer is severely worn; the bite is attacked; when it cannot be tightened by the padding method,
3) When the bearing alloy layer is shelled or cracked,
4) The wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe; however, when the inspection distance is not ensured,
5) bearing alloy layer wear; need to use padding method to tighten the bearing; but the thickness of the gasket exceeds 0. 5mm.
4. Thrust bearing 1) The thrust pad is severely worn; when the thickness is reduced by 1/2 or more,
2) When the thrust pad is melted,
3) The thrust pad is unshelled and cracked.
