Design of Morse Taper Grinding Fixture for Lathe Tailstock Sleeve

The tailstock sleeve is one of the key parts of the horizontal lathe. Figure 1 is a simplified diagram of the finishing process of the lathe tailstock sleeve produced by our factory. The radial runout of the No. 4 Morse taper hole on the outer circular axis directly affects the accuracy of the lathe. Therefore, the refining process of the tapered hole is crucial. Limited by the equipment conditions, the fine grinding cone is carried out on the universal cylindrical grinding machine. In order to meet the requirements of the radial runout of the outer circular axis of the workpiece cone axis, we use the fine grinding outer circle and then the outer circle as the reference fine grinding cone. Craft. To this end, we designed a special fixture for the grinding cone hole as shown in Figure 2. It has been proved that the fixture is easy to operate, has high centering accuracy and stable quality.

COD Analyzer

The COD sensor is small and compact, with a measurement range of 0.75~500mg/L or 1~1500mg/L, a resolution of 0.01mg/L, and a measurement accuracy of 3%. The digital COD analyzer measures accurately and can output data. The COD sensor also comes with a cleaning wiper, which can realize self-cleaning under water. In addition to measuring COD values, online COD analyzers can also display TOC, BOD and turbidity values.
