Garbage fermentation becomes organic fertilizer
The 60-year-old Zhong Fuqiao is a villager in Huping Village, Tanshi Town, Xiangxiang City. At the end of the last century, he came to work in the Sanitation Bureau of Changsha City Tianxin District and dealt with dozens of tons of garbage every day. No one thought that a temporary union with only junior high school culture was interested in the disposal of garbage.
Zhong Fuqiao found that the automatic process of sorting and screening garbage, picking up recyclable and used articles, and recycling the combustibles for combustion has already existed, but how the remaining rubbish (mainly organic matter) is handled, Become a problem. Zhong Fuqiao passed the experiment and crushed and sieved the remaining garbage, and then added the active bacteria (including the fermenting bacteria and HB bacteria) into the active fermentation tank, mixed it into the fermentation tank, added the clay mineral powder to adjust humidity, and heated the temperature to 80-95°C. , Sterilize for one hour, then cool down to 60-75°C, add HB strains for aerobic fermentation for one hour, and cool the bag and turn it into organic fertilizer.
At the beginning, Zhong Fuqiao put the organic fertilizer on his own responsibility field. The results show that this organic fertilizer can increase the rice production by 80 kg. In March 2009, he obtained national patents for the comprehensive utilization of such domestic garbage.
Challenge dioxin
In fact, as early as the invention of Zhong Fuqiao's national patent, his technology has been promoted in Tianxin District, Changsha City. Li Xuming, director of the Tianxin District Environmental Sanitation Bureau at the time, introduced that in 2006 they decided to pilot in the town of Datuo in the district. “We installed the equipment in a brickyard. In addition to the organic fertilizers that can be produced from the waste, the remaining clay can also be used to make bricks.â€
Li Xuming said that Datuo Town has 50 to 80 tons of domestic garbage per day. Previously, the landfill method was used. The treatment cost per ton of domestic garbage was around 180 yuan, which did not include the site fee for the garbage dump. After the Zhongfu Bridge process, Datuo's domestic garbage achieved the same day treatment and no secondary pollution, and the processing cost was reduced to around 100 yuan per ton.
However, when the technology of the clock bridge was still flawed, he could not solve the environmental pollution caused by the smoke generated by burning the garbage. This directly led to the brick factory being punished repeatedly by the environmental protection department. The reluctant Zhong Fuqiao is determined to overcome this problem and launch challenges to Dioxins. He also developed a complete set of waste disposal and incineration equipment. After the garbage is incinerated, white odorless vapor is discharged, and the material residue is made into cement bricks. In March of this year, on-site inspections by the Hunan Provincial Environmental Protection Monitoring Center indicated that 15 out of 16 out-of-line indicators met the national standards.
Many townships are willing to cooperate with him
Dioxin is a colorless, odorless carcinogen that is extremely difficult to dissolve in water but is soluble in most organic solvents. How to dissolve dioxins during the burning of garbage has always been a problem in the industry. Zhong Fuqiao has invented a triple glue after numerous tests. He put the glue into the water tank, and dilute and dissolve the dioxins gradually through the rotation of the drum inside the tank.
Yesterday, reporters saw at home in Zhongfuqiao that he had done a small experiment next to his home. He put a lot of domestic garbage in the furnace and burned it, and then smoked the smoke into a cylindrical water tank. As a result, heavy smoke stopped at this point, and no smoke was seen from the chimney erected on the tank. Zhong Fuqiao explained that the heavy smoke produced by burning garbage was dissolved in water added with triad glue in the tank, indicating that he had succeeded in challenging dioxin.
Li Xuming said that through expert testing, Zhong Fuqiao's current treatment process basically solved the pollution caused by incineration of waste generated by dioxin, and the water in the tank could reach emission standards after being stored for one week.
