First, to change the past, the transmission of the transmission track for the rotation of the upper transmission suspension coating
The use of a rotary upper drive suspension conveying painting method is to suspend the barrel body and the bottom cover or the bucket body to hang on a rotary conveyor chain with special hooks. The main purpose is to solve the following problems:
1. In the barrel making process, due to overturning and rolling bumping during process conversion, deformation occurs in the production of the steel barrel and affects the appearance quality of the finished steel barrel.
2. The rolling type lower transmission is mostly mechanical and pneumatic combined transmission. In the course of the transmission work, there is inevitably frequent impact and collision, which may easily cause damage to the components of the mechanism (especially the part of the tumbling frame and the spraying drive mechanism) and affect the normal production.
3. When the lower transmission track is sprayed and sprayed, the rotation of the steel drum is driven by the barrel wheel drive. In the past, the length of pre-processing degreasing, phosphating and cleaning lines used was generally more than 30 meters. There are two problems: First, equipment costs, and second, large floor space. The length of the new pretreatment line is now 26 meters. By properly increasing the pump flow rate and the number of nozzles, the degreasing, phosphating, and cleaning effects of the barrel and the bottom cover are guaranteed.
Third, the implementation of the improvement of the drying tunnel structure
In the past, the pre-treatment drying tunnels, leak-test drying tunnels, inner-coating tunnels, and outer-curing tunnels used in the past were laid out in the following order:

4. Most of the drying tunnel system and combustion system are installed on the top or side of the drying tunnel, which makes maintenance difficult.

4. As the spraying method is constantly adjusted, improved and improved, the paint mist is reduced as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the spraying quality. The newly-created exterior spray booth has achieved the relevant technical standards through implementation, and has features such as stable performance, high degree of automation, fewer failures, and low production costs.
Fifth, the rational layout of the entire coating line
It is necessary to use the original conditions as far as possible to set up the entire drum coating line, but also must meet the process quality requirements and production efficiency requirements, it requires the pretreatment of the coating line, drying tunnel, cover leak test, inside and outside the spray room Wait for the next order facilities to be reasonably set up and laid out. During the implementation, in addition to the setting of the pre-treatment facility and the four suspension conveyors as described above, the suspension conveyor is also provided with a variable-line setting, ie, the interior spraying booth passes through the orbit when it is rarely used. By changing the line to avoid the inner spraying room, the speed of the barrel can be increased and the production efficiency can be improved.
