Static performance test method:

1. Test environment

A. The room temperature test should be carried out in a room with a constant temperature of 23 ° C ± 2 ° C.

B. Special ambient temperature test should be carried out in an environmental chamber (such as high and low temperature environmental chambers). The temperature deviation inside the environmental chamber should be within 2 °C. The environmental chamber should have an automatic temperature adjustment device with an accuracy of 2 °C. .

C. Without constant temperature conditions, it can be carried out at room temperature of 5 ° C to 35 ° C, but after the temperature adjustment of the specified temperature, the test piece is taken out and the test is completed within 30 min.

2, environmental regulation

A. The rubber test piece should be environmentally adjusted before the normal temperature test. The standard temperature for adjustment is 23 °C and 12 °C, and the adjustment time of the rubber test piece is generally not less than 24 h.

B. The rubber test piece should be environmentally adjusted before the special ambient temperature test. The adjustment time should be no less than 12h in the environmental box of the specified temperature (such as high and low temperature environmental box). The temperature deviation inside the environmental box should be in the 2 Within °C.

C. During the adjustment of the test piece, the entire surface of the test piece should be exposed to the adjustment environment as much as possible, and the test piece should be protected from various external forces and direct sunlight. It is necessary to use a test piece that is squeezed and loaded, and the time of placing it after pressing the test tool is agreed by the commissioning party and the tester.

3. Time interval between test and vulcanization

A. All rubber test pieces performance test, the time interval between vulcanization and test is 24 h.

B. The time interval between product testing and vulcanization should not exceed 3 months.

C. Product performance comparison test should be carried out at similar time intervals.

4. General requirements for testing

A. The direction and method of loading, the test load or deformation range, the number of samples and the test temperature are determined by the client. The direction of loading should be selected in one direction.
