The processing quality of the blade body surface directly affects the working performance of the steam turbine. The machining is mainly based on high-speed cutting. The processing precision of the blade root determines the assembly quality of the blade, and directly affects the safe operation and efficiency of the steam turbine. The requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are high, which brings certain difficulties to the processing. In order to ensure the tolerance of the blade root, the accuracy of the reference surface must be increased.
