Some enterprises have even introduced shearing units later, but they are also unable to achieve streamline operations due to the constraints of factory conditions, which still affects production efficiency. In solving this problem, our metal packaging company fully considered the use of the original gantry crane, and carried out the production and transformation of the decoiler respectively, and achieved good results.
First, mobile simple decoiling machine structure
1, electric drive four-wheeled walking mechanism (Figure 1)
According to the weight of the coil and the speed of walking, the motor and reducer with suitable specifications and models are selected, and one wheel of four wheels is driven by the chain to make the unwinding machine walk on the light rail at a uniform speed. The quality of the unwinding machine frame is correspondingly stronger according to the weight of the coil, and it serves as a stabilizing effect when the unwinding machine works.
2, two-way four-wire Screw adjustment support mechanism (Figure 1)
The use of two-way screw to adjust the support has three considerations: First, in order to better resolve the gravity, will help improve the stability of the decoiling process; Second, there may be a small number of coils due to transport, handling, improper placement and other causes of deformation, this The situation makes the automatic hydraulic support or the three-wire adjustment support difficult to handle, and the use of two-way four-wire screw adjustment support mechanism can deal with the coil deformation problem; the third is to increase the installation efficiency of the adjustment support and easy operation.
3, four-wire support structure with wood (Figure 2)
Some companies use a screw to adjust the support structure when one end of the screw is directly pushed onto the coil. This may cause damage to some of the plates and poor installation of the adjustment support. The above problems can be avoided by using a suitable length of channel steel and placing the soft wood in contact with the coil material.
4. Sliding bearing structure at both ends of the support frame (Figure 3)
Due to the intermittent feeding of coiled material in the process of uncoiling and shearing, it is required that the rotational inertia at the time of unwinding is properly controlled, that is, when the inertia is large, the sheet material is easily wrinkled and deformed; when the inertia is small, the instantaneous load of the traction roller of the leveling machine is small. Too big and easy to damage the parts. Therefore, unequal round sliding bearing structures are adopted at both ends of the support frame, that is, the inner diameter of the bearing shell is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve by 20% to achieve the purpose of cushioning inertia. Its bearings and bushings can be used for the replacement of quenched steel parts.
Second, the operation of the mobile simple decoiling machine
When coil uncoiling work is required, the gantry crane is started to lift the coiled material to the vicinity of the lighter of the uncoiler, and then the uncoiler* is near the gantry crane. The artificial use of the gantry crane puts the support frame into the center of the coil and carries out preliminary adjustment. The coil is lifted onto the decoiler to fine tune the center of gravity, and then the decoiler is opened to the position corresponding to the leveling machine, and the coil uncoiling work can be performed.
We feel that for metal packaging companies with poor economic conditions, using this uncoiler and the original leveling machine, shears, length feeders, storage tables, etc., can form a relatively complete and Affordable shearing unit.
