Pressure calibrator failure and solution

The calibrator pressure is unstable or cannot be properly pressured

1. The fuel tank is not enough.

2. There is leakage at the pipe joint during transportation.

3. The quick connector "â—‹" ring seal is damaged.

4. The air in the system is mostly or not cleaned.

Approach:

1. Loosen the fuel tank cap or refuel the fuel tank.

2. Tighten the pipe joints.

3. Replace the “○” ring.

4. Repeatly pump the oil-filled pump to allow the air in the system to drain with the fuel tank.

Treatment method: According to the actual local atmospheric pressure, it should be judged whether the normal pressure of the instrument can not be pressed, and the pressure pump has the feeling of air pressure.

the reason:

1. The reversing valve is not in the position of commutation, resulting in air leakage.

2. There is no reset after the positive pressure check valve or the negative pressure check valve moves, resulting in air pressure.

Approach:

1. The reversing valve must be reversing in place, and the reversing valve stem should not be suspended in half.

2. Check if the positive pressure and negative pressure check valve seat holes do not meet the requirements.

3. The spring is tilted seriously, and the one-way spool cannot slide freely.
