Therefore, the precision and fine adjustment of the boring bar is designed and manufactured, and the use effect is good, and the fine adjustment precision is 0.0005 mm. Structural principle (Fig. 2): The differential screw mechanism is composed of a diagonal block 16, an adjusting bolt 10, and a nut plate 11, and the inclined surface fine adjustment mechanism is composed of a diagonal block 16 and a small oblique block 17. The combination of the differential screw mechanism and the bevel fine adjustment mechanism controls the fine adjustment accuracy to within 0.0005 mm.
