Precision fine-tuning boring bar

When we cut the diesel engine main shaft (Fig. 1), we must ensure the size of δ_(-0.015)~0mm. Therefore, we hope that the control tolerance of the boring tool adjustment is 0.002mm, so that the surface roughness reaches Rα0.4. Therefore, the precision and fine adjustment of the boring bar is designed and manufactured, and the use effect is good, and the fine adjustment precision is 0.0005 mm. Structural principle (Fig. 2): The differential screw mechanism is composed of a diagonal block 16, an adjusting bolt 10, and a nut plate 11, and the inclined surface fine adjustment mechanism is composed of a diagonal block 16 and a small oblique block 17. The combination of the differential screw mechanism and the bevel fine adjustment mechanism controls the fine adjustment accuracy to within 0.0005 mm.
