1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for site selection, measurement elements, measurement equipment performance, installation and maintenance, measurement data transmission, and measurement data consolidation for real-time monitoring of solar energy resources in photovoltaic power stations.

This standard applies to grid-connected photovoltaic power stations.

2 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

2.1

Photovoltaic power station photovoltaic (PV) power station

Utilizing the photovoltaic effect of photovoltaic cells, power generation systems that convert solar radiation energy directly into electrical energy generally include transformers, inverters, and photovoltaic arrays, as well as associated auxiliary facilities.

2.2

Total radiation

The sum of direct solar radiation and scattered radiation received by a horizontal surface within a 2Ï€ solid angle.

2.3

Direct radiation

The radiation emitted from the surface of the sun and its surroundings in a small solid angle.

Note: In general, direct solar radiation is measured by an instrument with an angle of field of about 5°. Therefore, it includes some scattered radiation around the sun's surface, that is, solar radiation.

2.4

Normal direct radiation

Direct radiation received on a plane perpendicular to the sun's rays.

Scattered radiation

Solar radiation is reflected by the atmosphere or reflected by clouds, and the radiation from the sky 2Ï€ solid angle reaches the ground in the form of short waves.

2.6

Irradiance irradiance

The radiant energy received by an object in unit time and unit area.

2.7

Total solar energy global solar irradiance

Hemispherical irradiance formed by total solar radiation on the horizontal plane.

2.8

Direct irradiance direct irradiance

Directly irradiates the irradiance formed on any given plane.

2.9

Normal direct irradiance

The irradiance directly irradiated on a plane perpendicular to the beam, also known as normal direct irradiance.

2.10

Scattered radiation irradiance; diffuse irradiance; diffuse irradiance;

Hemispherical irradiance formed by scattered radiation in a given plane.

2.11

Total solar energy global solar irradiance

Hemispherical irradiance formed by total solar radiation on the horizontal plane.

2.12

Sunshine duration

The direct solar radiation irradiance is greater than or equal to the sum of the 120W/m2 time period, also known as the actual hours.

2.13

Duration of possible sunshine

In the absence of any shielding, the Sun Center goes from the eastern horizon of a certain place to the western horizon and the time it takes for the light to reach the ground.

3 measurement site requirements

The location of the meteorological monitoring equipment should be located within the scope of the photovoltaic power station, which is easy for the observers to arrive, and can better reflect the characteristics of the local meteorological elements.

4 measurement element requirements

Real-time monitoring parameters should include total irradiance (level and inclination), sunshine hours, average wind speed, average wind direction, ambient temperature, and relative humidity, and should include normal direct irradiance, scattered irradiance, and barometric pressure.

5 measurement data requirements

5.1 Measurement requirements for total irradiance data:

a) Spectral range: 280nm-3000nm;

b) Measurement accuracy: 5%.

5.2 Measurement accuracy of wind speed data: ±0.5m/s (3m/s-30m/s).

5.3 Measurement accuracy of wind direction data: ±5°.

5.4 Measurement accuracy of temperature data: ±0.5°C.

5.5 Measurement accuracy of relative humidity data: ±8%.

5.6 Measurement accuracy of air pressure data: ±0.3 hPa.

5.7 Measurement requirements for direct irradiance data:

a) Spectral range: 280nm-3000nm;

b) Measurement accuracy: 5%.

5.8 Measurement requirements for scattered irradiance data:

a) Spectral range: 280nm-3000nm;

b) Measurement accuracy: 5%.

6 measurement data transmission requirements

6.1 The transmission of measurement data should adopt wired or wireless transmission mode, and the transmission data transmission rate should not be lower than 95%.

6.2 The measurement data transmission interval should be no more than 5min, and the time delay should be less than 1min.

7 measurement data finishing requirements

7.1 The downloaded measurement data should be saved and backed up as the original original data.

7.2 No changes shall be made to the original data.

7.3 Check the data and judge the operation of the equipment.

7.4 Judging the integrity and rationality of the data, eliminating unreal data due to instrument failures, transmission errors, and other reasons.
