Pressing ndfeb garins: pressing process needed to operate in strong magnetic environment.
Sintering of ndfeb blocks: sintering process usually in a vacuum furnace at 800~1400 ºC environment .
Wire cutting: ndfeb magnet usually are in small and different sizes, cutting process need operated on wire cut machine controlled by automatic system.
Grinding of Ndfeb magnet: Operate on artificial diamond polish tool.
Plating of ndfeb: Plating need a lot of poisonous and deadly chemicals ,only expert plating factory could get the business license from China government. Thus we usually send for plating company.
