Construction preparation

Matching ratio:

General purpose K11 waterproof slurry ratio: additive: powder = 0.36:1;

Flexibility K11 (I) waterproof slurry ratio: additive: powder = 0.80:1;

Flexibility K11 (II) waterproof slurry ratio: additive: powder = 0.68: 1;

2 Pour the additive into the container in proportion and in order, then pour the powder, and stir with an electric stirring drill, and stir well to a paste without precipitation.

Judging whether the standard is uniform: the slurry has no powder group to reach uniformity.

3 After mixing well, it should be placed for 5-10 minutes, then stir it to use;

4 Intermittent agitation should be maintained during operation to prevent precipitation.

3, enhancement layer and node processing

The reinforcement layer is mainly for the weak part of the construction site, that is, the part that is easy to cause leakage. Adopt enhanced treatment to improve waterproof and safety performance and ensure waterproof effect.

1 In areas that need to be strengthened, such as the corner of the nose and the mouth of the nozzle, the flexible K11 waterproof slurry should be applied 1 to 2 times, and the width should be as specified in the design or specification.

4, paint coating construction

1 When the thickness of the coating layer is within 1.5mmm, it should be divided into two times; in 1.5~2.0mm, it should be divided into three times. After the first pass, apply the second time after the initial drying (interval 2 ~ 4 hours).

8. When making a protective layer on the K11 waterproof layer, it should be firmly bonded. When the polyethylene foam board is used as the protective layer, it should be firmly adhered. When using a rigid protective layer such as cement mortar, fine stone slab, block, etc., the transport vehicle should not walk directly on the waterproof layer or directly hit with a sharp object such as a shovel. Construction dosage

The waterproof layer is painted twice, the thickness is about 1mm, and the slurry dosage is:

Engineering quality requirements and acceptance

1. After the coating is completed, the rigid protective layer is applied before construction. The film waterproof layer should be thoroughly and thoroughly inspected. The pores, scratches, punctures and damages found in the inspection should be repaired immediately. The waterproof layer after completion should not leak.

2. Check that there are no blisters between the coatings.

3. The completed waterproof layer, after 7 days of curing, should be subjected to a 24-hour water-tight test when conditions are met, or it may be checked for leakage after rain or 24 hours.
