The lifting roller is a special tool designed and manufactured for the 165 lathe (formerly the Soviet Union) for the machining of large workpieces. The original machine tool only designed the center frame, the processing range is small, and it can only support workpieces of φ100～φ380mm. In order to process large diameter workpieces (more than φ380mm), a roller (Fig. 1) has been designed, and the working range is expanded to φ550~φ700mm. However, the height of the roller is not adjustable and has certain limitations. For φ380 The workpiece between ~φ500mm still cannot be supported. To this end, we made the lift roller (Figure 2).
