Gansu building materials prices rose slightly

In April, the price of building materials in the province rose slightly, and the prices of agricultural materials steadily declined. The average prices of round bars, rebars, wire rods, and cement were 4,625 yuan, 4,725 yuan, 4,785 yuan, and 482.80 yuan per ton, respectively. Among them, the price of cement has changed slightly since the first quarter of the construction season, and has rebounded slightly. The average prices of the four major agricultural means of production were 1.98 yuan/kg for urea, 3.64 yuan/kg for diammonium phosphate, 14.61 yuan/kg for high-pressure polyethylene membranes, and 13.17 yuan/kg for high-pressure polyethylene membranes. Compared with March, the prices of urea and diammonium phosphate rose by 0.51% and 1.39% respectively, while those of high-pressure polyethylene and plastic film decreased by 5.92% and 2.30%, respectively.

In April, the province's non-ferrous metal prices rose more than a drop, coal prices fell for the first time. The average ton prices of the five non-ferrous metals were 71957 yuan for copper, 16440 yuan for aluminum, 19,950 yuan for nickel, 17425 yuan for lead, and 17,820 yuan for zinc. The average price of thermal coal is 531 yuan per ton. Compared with March, it has turned from a monthly increase of 1-3 months to a decrease of 8.81%.
