European Composites Industry Association EuCIA welcomed the European Commission’s tax cut proposal but also warned that if EU member states accept the European Commission’s proposal, it will harm the interests of the European composite materials industry.
The association said: "EuCIA welcomes the new proposal of the European Commission to substantially reduce the preliminary tax rate by more than 50%. This represents a first step toward the orientation of glass fiber users, but if the anti-dumping tax is finally implemented, It will cause significant damage to the production of composite materials in Europe, and the adverse effects it brings should still be taken seriously. Therefore, it cannot be taken lightly."
The association said that the preliminary reduction of anti-dumping duties was due to the active lobbying of the users and various composite materials industry associations.
EuCIA said: "Although the European Commission has made new proposals, and the proposed 13.8% definitive anti-dumping duty has been greatly reduced on the basis of the initial high tax rate of 43.6%, composite users still insist that From the outset, such import duties should not be imposed at all."
“At present, there are about 10,000 composite material manufacturers in Europe and about 150,000 employees. The imposition of anti-dumping duties will have adverse consequences for the economic development of European countries and the creation and retention of employment opportunities.â€
The association called on the composites manufacturers to show their opposition to anti-dumping duties before the EU 27-nation representatives gathered on January 13 to vote on the European Commission’s new proposal.
Venous cannula is also a deep venous puncture catheter. The method is to select the appropriate puncture site and insert the needle under the skin, and insert the needle with negative pressure until the dark red blood is absorbed, indicating that the needle has entered the vein, and the guide wire is inserted. Withdraw the puncture needle to leave the guide wire in the blood vessel, and then insert the venous catheter that needs to be indwelled along the guide wire, then exit the guide wire, inject diluted heparin saline and fix the catheter, the deep venous catheterization is completed. The veins for puncture and catheterization are usually selected clinically, including the subclavian vein, internal jugular vein, and femoral vein. After the puncture catheter is indwelled, attention must be paid to the care of the puncture site to avoid infection with thrombus or catheter falling off.
