CAPP, the computer-aided process design, is an important link between product design and product production. Before the final assembly process of the truck company, CAD, Word and other software were used to prepare the process documents. The efficiency is low and the effective retrieval, synchronization update and management of the process information are very difficult. Usually, it takes more than one month to compile a process. The CAPP management system realizes the process file editing with the product process structure as the core. The software consists of three modules: data maintenance, process preparation, process query and printing. Among them, the process is divided into 8 small modules, the technician can call different modules according to different workshops and models, and can also browse, query, summarize and print the process documents at any time.

Since the product process has great inheritance, a large amount of assembly process data is stored in the database in the form of a module, and the technician can directly call the data in the background data and modify it by simply performing some simple operations. A set of assembly processes can be programmed in 3 to 5 days.
